I reserve the right to change and revise these contracts whenever I so choose. I will always make an effort to keep them updated on this website. Please ask for a copy of current forms before adopting a puppy if you wish to view them in advance. We reserve the right to choose who the puppies are adopt to for the best interest of them.
Please note Shelter, Rescues, and Adult dogs will have there own seperate contract with extra guidlines to assure that each dog gets to the right home for him or her.
Deposit Contract
I, ________________________________, this ________ day of _________________, 20______, enter into this adoption contract and acknowledge new ownership of puppy on pick up day described as: ____________________ (name), _________(breed),__________(sex), _____________ (birth date), ______________________ (color), ___________________________________ (markings).
A Non-Refundable Deposit fee is required to keep the new owner from backing out of the contract and ensuring the pup has a new home to go to on the pick up date.
Holding Fee - A fee of $5.00 (five dollars) a day accumulating to and including the day of pick up will be required for holding the puppy past original pick up dates stated. This fee may be asked for upfront when agreement to hold puppy longer is made. Holding fees must be paid before puppy is release to new owner failure to do so by new agreed to pick up date will terminate your rights and a new owner will be found. Written and email files act as proof of correspondence and/or if this is a mutual agreement to hold pup for a fee and the new pick up date. If you do not notify breeder or breeder does not agree to hold puppy past pick up dates or you do not show to pick up your puppy up by the latest pick up date a new owner will be found and your rights will be terminated. Should the vet ask the breeder to hold back the puppy for treatment related to health you will not be charged for those days and a new pick up date will be agreed upon. This is to protect both parties.

Important Notes:
Pugs are prone to shed, snore, snort, wheeze, honk, and have gas. They*re also prone to allergies, respiratory issues, skin problems, eye issues, and have sensitive stomachs despite wanting to eat everything.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures as pugs are very sensitive to the weather and should NEVER be left outside in the hot sun or cold weather!
Do not make sudden or drastic food changes as it causes stress and lowers the immune system to a dog prone to many issues already and going through enviromental changes already. You will be signed up for coupns for current food being fed to help you continue use of them.
This puppy has received its first rounds of vaccines and to avoid disease the adopter will need to follow up on them. Please note most vaccines take about 5 days to start providing protection to the puppy! We discourage exposing puppy to public animal places and until all vaccines are completed. After completed vaccines you are encouraged to take your new puppy everywhere and expose them to new people and places to keep them social.
Health Guarantee
Should the puppy be found to have an incurable genetic life threatening illness within the first year of its life we will need a written notification from the vet upon diagnosis stating this. The puppy must be returned to the breeder and we will replace the puppy with the first available puppy of same breed and value from the breeder*s stock as soon as possible. No refunds will be given and no further health guarantees applies. We can not control what the puppy is exposed to after they leave our care. Breeder assumes no responsibility for vet expenses or any travel fees incurred to deliver or return the puppy. Buyer is responsible for any travel fees for replacement puppy.
